- Gg Good Behavior
- We expect all children to follow school and classroom rules. I use a great deal of positive reinforcement and encouragement. I have a very simple “stop light” method to let you know your child’s behavior for the day.
- If your child receives an orange, yellow, or red face, please initial the report so that I will know you have seen it. I plan on seeing a lot of green faces this year!
- In class, we use a simple stop light. All of the students’ names are written on white cards and their name stays on Green unless we have some problems that day. Everyone starts on Green the following day.
- Green = “I am following all the classroom rules”
- Orange= “I was given a warning”
- Yellow= “I was given 2 warnings”
- Red= “ I was given several warnings and now I have to sit out of an activity or reflect on my behavior”
- Hh Homework
- Homework will usually be issued Monday-Thursday and will be placed in the “Return to School” section of your child’s folder. Please help your child with the assignments and send them back to school the next day.
